About Dr. Dingle:

Dr Dingle has spent the past twenty five years as a researcher, educator and communicator. He has a Bachelor of Education in Science, a Bachelor of Environmental Science with first class Honours and a PhD (1994). He was an Associate Professor and leading researcher in health and the environment at Murdoch University. Dr Dingle has more than 100 scientifically reviewed papers, 10 books including “A supplement a day keeps the doctor away, The great cholesterol deception and Take control and realise your potential. He conducts ongoing research into diet and nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental impacts on health, wellbeing and productivity.

Dr Dingle has appeared on TV and radio for the last 20 years as an expert in Environmental and health issues and recently presented in the award winning TV series shown on SBS and now around the world, called “Is your home killing you”. About Ann Vlass:

Ann Monica Vlass is a qualified Natural Medicine Practitioner and Research Scientist with a special interest in Ayurvedic Medicine. Ann has been in clinical practice for close to 19 yrs running Helping Nature Heal in Melbourne, Australia. Ann is a well known Health Advocate in Australia and has been a staunch supporter of strengthening the Natural Medicine Practitioner sector. She completed her science degree from The University of Melbourne (Pharmacology and Biochemistry) and research thesis with Honours from the Department of Medicine, at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Department of Colorectal Medicine and Genetics, where she analysed modulation of cancer-related genes in response to diets containing specific dietary fibres known for their preventative effects against colorectal cancer. She then worked in continuing research. Her main focus in clinical practice is Fertility, Miscarriage, Hormonal & Reproductive issues utilising principles from chronobiology blended with traditional wholistic medicine philosophy.

About Steph Lowe:

Steph Lowe is a Sports Nutritionist, yogi and founder of The Natural Nutritionist, a hub for celebrating the importance of real food, and author of The Real Food Athlete.

With a passion for spreading a positive message about real food and the incredible affect it has on performance, Steph launched The Natural Nutritionist in 2011 and is on a mission to inspire others to make health a priority in their lives.

About Julie Seamer:

Julie Seamer is a Naturopath with over 20 years clinical experience. She is passionate about mental health & well-being and believes in a a wholistic individuated approach to treatment. Julie has completed an Advanced Diploma Naturopathy (ND), Diploma Applied Science (Herbal Medicine) as well as Batchelor of Arts (double major Journalism/Literature). She also has presented at Ivy College and Southern School of Natural Therapies to students of Nutrition and Naturopathy and is an Educator/Trainer for a leading Australian households supplements company representing many different super food, vitamins, herbal and functional food based brands.

About Dr Niikee:

Dr Niikee Schoendorfer commenced tertiary study in 1994 at the Australian College of Natural Medicine, majoring in nutrition and natural health. Since then, Niikee has also completed a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine Philosophy and Herbalism, a Bachelor Degree in Complementary Medicine and a Master's Degree in Nutritional Medicine. In 2006 she enrolled into a PhD Doctorate at the University of Queensland, School of Medicine and completed studies in Nutritional Biochemistry and Clinical Medicine. During this tenure Niikee also completed a Graduate Diploma in Educational Curriculum Design and another in Research Commercialisation.

Her passion for teaching has spanned over a decade, facilitating nutrition classes in the Endeavour Natural Medicine College Bachelor Degrees and also in the University of Queensland Medical School program. Niikee has also been practising as a holistic clinician since the year 2000, assisting many people on their road to health and happiness!

Niikee still actively participates in research having recently completed a large randomised control trial for urinary incontinence. She is also currently working on an Australia wide project to increase nutrition education and integrate current curricula, within Medical Schools around the country.

Niikee has presented her research both nationally and internationally over the years, while has authored many scientific journal publications and text book chapters. She holds a position on the council of the Nutrition Society of Australia, previously having chaired the national student mentor group and currently chairs the Queensland group.

Today, Dr Niikee combines the best of all her previous studies and different modalities, into an eclectic mix aimed at bringing your health back into balance. This requires a through systems analysis from an Eastern and Western perspective to uncover the cause and get you on your path to wellness and vitality not just simply being "OK for now" by reducing symptoms!
